Be Excellent

The perfect stride
And swiftness beyond compare
The Youthful mind
Seeks to  dare!
Without a care!

How long and many
A time the race goes to
The fleet of foot who do not tarry.
Pray is this always True
For me and You?

Oft times, the feet fail
As years go by.
But then let love prevail,
